Limitations of Liability

1. Any information contained within the web site (hereinafter: "the Information"), including text, illustration, graphic design, sound, graphic sections, software applications, graphs and photographs are the sole property of Padani Jewellers Ltd. (hereinafter: "Padani").  It is hereby clarified that Web pictures are intended solely for illustration purposes.

2. The copyrights for any information contained on the web site, are the sole property of Padani.  These copyrights apply, inter alia, to the graphic design of the site, the database thereof and any other detail relating thereto. 

 Intellectual property rights including the name "Padani", as well as Padani's trademarks (whether registered or not), are the sole property of Padani.  No information contained within the web site may be copied and/or duplicated and/or recorded and/or advertised in any manner whatsoever and/or through any advertising means, without obtaining the prior written permission of Padani.  Additionally, no use shall be made of such information other than for personal and not commercial needs, as provided by law.

3. No use is to be made of data appearing on the web site for the purpose of displaying it elsewhere, without obtaining the prior written permission of Padani.  To the extent that the Web site contains trademarks, photographs and data delivered to Padani by various manufacturers for advertising on the web site, such trademarks and information are the property of these manufacturers and may not be used without their permission.
 
4. Padani acts to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the information contained in the web.  If any inaccuracies or errors are discovered in such information, Padani should be notified of this in order to be able to correct it.
 
In any case of contradiction being discovered between the data and information published on the web and the data appearing in any written official or original publications of Padani, the material contained in the written official and original publications shall be deemed to be correct.  Padani shall not be responsible for any damage stemming from an error, mistake, omission or failure to update the information published on the web site.

5. Subject to reservations of the provisions of any law directing otherwise, Padani will not be held liable for any damage caused or likely to be caused because of a defect or failure in the software operating the web site or access to the site. 

6. Access to the web site owned by Padani, and use thereof, are subject to the terms set forth above, and the user's entrance to the web site constitutes acceptance of the said terms or as these may be from time to time.
